This is really good jazz. I had not heard this particular performance before and am greatly impressed. Dizzy Gillespe is Dizzy Gillespe, always great, but the sax solo is quite impressive. I particularly enjoyed the technical work, but, of course, it had to fit, and fit it did. Great work, I plan to listen to this many more times.

Greats musicians, Dizzy always with his good humor and good feeling, fantastic solo of Frank Foster and very cool the duel between John Faddis and Dizzy. Gerry Mulligan this day was not in his place Pepper Adams was ;), another great sax bari.
