Hi Neal!
What I need to know for now is how to “shake” my embouchure when playing the sax.
For ex. the song hermetico by BBBox, you do something with the first two notes
I guess you put a lower pressure when blowing in the mouthpiece. I would really love to learn how to do that.
I play a tenor sax for a month now is a new J Michael actually a cheap sax not very good in terms of quality but I suppose good enough to get started.

Hey Alex,
The thing you are asking about (I think) is called vibrato. It’s a slight movement of the lower jaw that takes some practice. You can go ahead and try it, even exaggerate the movement to hear it at first. But I would focus more on that after you have mastered some other things.

You want to work on rhythm, articulation, tone, etc before adding in vibrato I would say.
It’s definitely something in your sound, but working on too many things at once in the early stages will slow down your progress.
