Got time to start practice eight hours each day?
If you jump in and practice as much as you possibly can, you probably won’t be able to sustain it.
Like going on a diet and just eating apples for a week. It’s just not something you can keep up for too long.
Use some moderation, you’ll make Buddha happy.
And you can increase the amount that you practice saxophone as you go along.
Your development on sax will make your body be able to play more without hurting yourself.
And you’ll keep playing music!
