How can I play without biting so hard on the mouth piece?
Trying to handle the weight of the instrument, fingering positions, and embouchure (I keep biting my lower lip). (saxophone)
I am a beginner, approximately 1 year.
I already bought Saxophone Foundations, but I will consider anything that can help me improve my playing.

Hello Alejandro,
First step is probably just to be aware that you’re biting too much.
You really don’t need to. So try to think about that as you practice. Play around with it, figure out how much pressure you really need. You’ll probably find it’s not that much.
