Victor Wooten recently remodeled his site and it includes a few free tools to help you with ear training and sight reading.  It also includes a tool for learning the notes on bass.

Another option is to hear intervals, chords, and notes is at http://musictheory.net. There are more options there.  For example, Victor’s tool includes iintervals beyond an octave by default.  At musictheory.net you can limit the exercises to focus on hearing the difference between certain intervals so it can be a bit easier to approach.
